- Project delivery time depends on complexity and workload.
- Clients are responsible for all content provided.
- Major changes after final delivery may require additional charges.
- AMD Creative Studio reserves the right to refuse inappropriate projects.
Payment Policy
- Payments should be made to the official AMD Creative Studios bank account.
- Payment receipt or online banking statement must be submitted after payment.
- Projects begin only after payment verification.
- Partial or full advance payments may be required depending on the project.
Revision Policy
- Reasonable revisions are provided based on project requirements.
- Complete redesign requests are not considered revisions.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
Refund Policy
- Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
- Refund requests will be reviewed individually.
- No refunds will be issued after final files have been delivered.

- Client information will remain confidential.
- We do not share customer information with third parties.
